William Grant ENT
Mr William E. Grant is a consultant ENT surgeon with more than 20 years experience at teaching hospital consultant level. He provides expert specialist management for all common Ear, Nose and Throat problems. He has a subspecialty interest in nasal and sinus disorders and specialised surgical interest in endoscopic sinus and skull base surgery, septal and rhinoplasty surgery, benign head and neck surgery and paediatric ENT surgery.
Mr Grant has a busy NHS practice at both Charing Cross Hospital (Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust) and Chelsea and Westminster Hospitals, both leading London Teaching Hospitals. He sees private patients at The Cromwell Hospital, and at the Lister Hospital at its Sydney Street clinic, as well as in the 15th floor private clinic at Charing Cross Hospital.
An Honorary Senior Lecturer at Imperial College, Mr Grant holds a Masters Degree in Surgery (MCh) as well as ENT Fellowship qualifications, and has many peer reviewed academic publications. He is a regular faculty member and lecturer on nasal septal, rhinoplasty and endoscopic sinus surgery courses and conferences.
Mr Grant is on the GMC Specialist Register, and is a member of the British Association of Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery (BAOHNS/ENT-UK), British and European Rhinological Societies, British Society of Rhinoplasty Surgeons, and the British Skull Base Surgery Society.
Mr Grant participates in collaborative multidisciplinary team working (MDT’s) at both Charing Cross and Chelsea & Westminster. Working with neurosurgical colleagues has led to the successful development of the endoscopic anterior skull base programme at Charing Cross. At Chelsea and Westminster he undertakes joint clinical work with craniofacial plastic and oculoplastic surgery surgical colleagues, and has travelled with the Facing the World Charity group to Vietnam to operate on complex cases there with the team.
